Nick Schaper, President
Nick Schaper is a seasoned leader in strategic communications and public affairs. He has been recognized with the Washingtonian Magazine Tech Titan award, The Washington Post’s “10 Staffers to Watch,” and the American Association of Political Consultants’ “40 Under 40” distinctions.
As the first-ever Director of Digital Media for the Speaker of the House, Schaper pioneered innovative approaches to communication strategy and public engagement.
In the private sector, Nick has served as Executive Director of Strategic Communications at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, where he advanced the priorities of the Chamber and its members while elevating its impact across key audiences. He later guided the growth and successful sale of Engage, LLC, a nationally recognized public affairs agency.

Nick’s expertise lies in merging creative and technological innovation with a deep understanding of public policy to achieve meaningful outcomes. He lives in Fairfax, Virginia with his wife, two kids, and their Springer Spaniel.
